2006年工程部在公司的領導下,對工程的安全、質量、進度、投資等方面進行管理。沒發生重大的安全、質量事故;在項目管理上沒出現大的管理紕漏;在進度方面,一期工程已全部封頂,有超過半數的工程已完成粗裝修的百分之八十,電梯、窗已進場安裝。二期工程也有八棟樓正在進行主體工程施工,一期外網已開始施工鋪設,小區環境建設也已進入設計階段;就瓿晒究傮w計劃目標,2#、3#、4#、5#、6#樓工期滯后脫了整個工程的后腿。
回顧2006年,工程部仍需在以下幾個方面注意加強改進和提高。
