一、工程概況
本工程位于×××××小區(qū)西區(qū)15、17、20＃住宅樓工程位于北京市××區(qū)××村。北臨規(guī)劃××二號路�？偨ㄖ�面積為50803m2。地下二層為五級普通人防，地下一層為設(shè)備間、自行車庫和管理用房，地上為住宅。

二、雨季施工原則
