第一章 總則
第一條 為加強公司管理,維護公司良好形象,特制定本規范,明確要求,規范行為,創造良好的企業文化氛圍。
第二章 細則
第二條 服務規范:
1. 儀表:公司職員工應儀表整潔、大方。
2. 微笑服務:在接待公司內外人員的垂詢、要求等任何場合,應注釋對方,微笑應答,切不可冒犯對方。
3. 用語:在任何場合應用語規范,語氣溫和,音量適中,嚴禁大聲喧嘩。
4. 現場接待:遇有客人進入工作場地應禮貌勸阻,上班時間(包括午餐時間)辦公室內應保證有人接待。
5. 電話接聽:接聽電話應及時,一般鈴響不應超過三聲,如受話人不能接聽,離之最近的職員應主動接聽,重要電話作好接聽記錄,嚴禁占用公司電話時間太長。
第三條 辦公秩序
1. 工作時間內不應無故離崗、串崗,不得閑聊、吃零食、大聲喧嘩,確保辦公環境的安靜有序。
