一、 施工準備
1、 材料
無砂混凝土管(濾管)、濾網、2~4mm砂礫混合料、潛水鉆機、泥漿車、泥漿泵、清水泵、潛水泵等。
2、 作業條件
(1) 現場三通一平已完成。
(2) 地質勘測資料齊全,根據地下水位埋深、土層分布和基坑放坡系數,確定井點位置、數量和降水深度。
二、 工藝流程
井點測量定位→挖井口→安護筒→鉆機就位→鉆孔→回填井底砂墊層→吊放井管→回填井管與孔壁間的礫石過濾層→洗井→井管內下設水泵、安裝抽水控制電路→試抽水→降水井正常工作→降水完畢拔井管→封井
三、 操作要點及技術要求
1、 定位:根據設計的井位及現場實際情況,準確定出各井位置,并做好標記。
2、 采用循環鉆成孔,孔徑一般為600~800mm,用泥漿護壁,孔口設置護筒、,以防孔口
First, construction preparation
1, material
No sand concrete pipe (filter tubes), filter, 2 ~ 4mm gravel mixture, diving rig, mud truck, mud pump, water pump, submersible pumps.
2, working conditions
(1) Field leveling has been completed.
(2) Geological Survey data are complete, according to groundwater depth, soil distribution and Pit Slope coefficient, determine the location of wells, amount and precipitation depth.
Second, process
Well I dug the well measured orientation → → → On casing drilling rig in place → → → backfill pit sand cushion → dipping tube wells tube wells and bore backfill the wall of a gravel filter layer → washing → Well well consists of pipe pumps, installation of pumping test pumping control circuit → → → precipitation of Wells finished work pulling well pipe → Capping
Third, the operation points and the technical requirements
1, position: According to the design of the wells and the field situation, accurately determine the well location, and well marked.
2, with circulation drill hole, aperture is generally 600 ~ 800mm, with the Slurry Wall, orifice setting casing, to prevent the orifice
