立交橋泵站深基坑施工應急預案
一、應急預案的方針與原則
堅持“安全第一,預防為主”、“保護人員安全優先,保護環境優先”的方針,貫徹“常備不懈、統一指揮、高效協調、持續改進”的原則。更好地適應法律和經濟活動的要求;給企業員工的工作和施工場區周圍居民提供更好更安全的環境;保證各種應急資源處于良好的備戰狀態;指導應急行動按計劃有序地進行;防止因應急行動組織不力或現場救援工作的無序和混亂而延誤事故的應急救援;有效地避免或降低人員傷亡和財產損失;幫助實現應急行動的快速、有序、高效;充分體現應急救援的“應急精神”。
二、應急策劃
(一)工程概況及地質條件
(1)工程概況
濟南市城區工程建設指揮部擬在經十路南側、鐵西路東側修建一座泵房站,建筑物長22.00米,寬度2.8-11.5米,基坑開挖深度12.00米,根據場地工程地質及水文地質條件,在基坑開挖和使用過程中需要進行臨時性基坑支護。
(2)工程地質
1、巖土工程條件
擬建場地地形平坦,地貌單元為山前沖洪積平原下部,場區內與基坑支護工程有關的底層主要為上部的填土及下部的沖洪積粉土和粘性土。
