1、所有進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員必須正確佩戴安全帽，并禁止外來閑雜人員進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
2、電工、挖掘機(jī)操作手等特殊工程人員必須持證上崗。
3、開挖基坑、管溝當(dāng)深度超過1.5米（含1.5米），必須事先采取支撐防護(hù)措施。
4、離坑、溝邊八十厘米內(nèi)或深度二分之一內(nèi)，不準(zhǔn)堆放大量材料和設(shè)備等，三米內(nèi)不準(zhǔn)汽車行走，確實(shí)因場(chǎng)地限制需堆放材料、設(shè)備的，確保不得超高塌方。
5、不準(zhǔn)在腳手架立柱邊、鋼井架、施工升降機(jī)和塔吊基礎(chǔ)邊、開挖溝坑，并注意觀察附近建筑物有無沉降。
6、做好已開挖溝、坑的防護(hù)每個(gè)工作面，樹立“注意安全”、“當(dāng)心墜落”等安全標(biāo)志牌和夜間紅燈警示。
7、如地下水豐富需抽水，放潛水泵時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)先將插頭插進(jìn)插座，不準(zhǔn)先通電，應(yīng)等下方人員上來后，按程序插好插好插座→再合閘通電。抽水后，先拉閘斷電→拔開插頭→提潛水泵→人再下去作業(yè)。嚴(yán)禁人未上來就送電。
8、施工中要防止墜物傷人，吊裝作業(yè)時(shí)，吊物垂直下方不得有人。
9、用電設(shè)備須裝設(shè)漏電開關(guān)，并在班前試驗(yàn)其有效性，無效不得使用，夜間施工準(zhǔn)備好照明設(shè)備。
