交底內(nèi)容:
1. 本工程包含的預(yù)埋件種類:
綜合管溝預(yù)埋件主要為預(yù)埋鋼板、預(yù)埋鋼管、預(yù)埋吊環(huán)及爬梯等。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)斷面的電纜倉(cāng)、水倉(cāng)和通信倉(cāng)內(nèi)的側(cè)墻、底板和頂板均須預(yù)埋鋼板,防火門兩側(cè)各埋設(shè)一塊500×100×10鋼板;電纜倉(cāng)和通信倉(cāng)的頂板底、底板頂須預(yù)埋吊環(huán),另在非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)斷面、綜合管溝交叉口及各種接出口附近均布置有預(yù)埋件。預(yù)埋件的具體布置詳見相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙。
2. 預(yù)埋件的制作:
預(yù)埋鋼板制作安排在公司車間進(jìn)行,按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙規(guī)格在車床加工鋼板,根據(jù)需用數(shù)量將加工好的鋼板運(yùn)至施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,規(guī)格為250×150×10的鋼板設(shè)兩排錨筋,每排3Φ14,錨筋間距為75.0mm,排距為50.0mm。規(guī)格為500×100×10的鋼板設(shè)一排錨筋,錨筋間距為100mm;錨筋與鋼板采用T形焊。
預(yù)埋Φ22鋼筋吊環(huán)安排在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鋼筋加工場(chǎng)制作,按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙進(jìn)行下料、加工,制作完成后有序堆放在鋼筋棚內(nèi),并要注意防銹。
爬梯根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求,若是包塑防腐爬梯,向廠家訂做,一般爬梯則安排在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鋼筋加工場(chǎng)制作。
3. 預(yù)埋件的安裝:
(1). 測(cè)量定位:根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,按照預(yù)埋件的分布及間距在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)量放線定位,并做好預(yù)埋定位點(diǎn)標(biāo)記。
(2). 安裝順序:底板、側(cè)墻預(yù)埋鋼板要在其鋼筋綁扎完成后進(jìn)行;頂板預(yù)埋鋼板及吊環(huán)要在模板安裝完成及綁扎鋼筋前進(jìn)行。
(3). 固定措施:采用點(diǎn)焊的方法固定預(yù)埋件,固定時(shí)注意:
預(yù)埋件定位經(jīng)復(fù)核無(wú)誤后,將錨固鋼筋與綜合管溝結(jié)構(gòu)鋼

3. Embedded parts of the installation:
